When placing a call, the following information will be requested from you:


  • Support Agreement Number 
  • Authorised Contact (person making the call)
  • Contact phone number
  • Service or Application in error (if an application fault)
  • Brief description of issue
  • Severity (system unusable; system available, but severe operational problems; minor problems to be resolved)
  • Customer’s internal call reference number (optional)

The information will be required to ensure that the nature of the problem is rapidly established and appropriate action is taken immediately to swiftly identify and to correct your problem.
